Academic Prerequisites
Completion of prerequisite courses in Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
These foundational courses provide the essential knowledge base required for nursing education and practice.
Required Documents
To complete your application, please ensure you submit all of the following documents:
- Completed application form
- Official high school transcripts or equivalent
- Official college transcripts (if applicable)
- Standardized test scores (SAT or ACT)
- Migration Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- Two letters of recommendation
- Personal statement or essay
- Proof of English proficiency (for international students)
- Application fee

Admission Process
B.Sc. Nursing Admission Process
Important Note: All B.Sc. Nursing admissions are processed through RUHS (Rajasthan University of Health Sciences). St. Francis Nursing College does not accept direct applications for B.Sc. Nursing program.
RUHS (Rajasthan University of Health Sciences) conducts counseling for B.Sc. Nursing. RUHS conducts entrance exams like RUHS Entrance Exam, CUET, NEET for merit-based admissions in Government / University / Private Aided / Private Un-Aided professional educational institutions in the State of Rajasthan.
RUHS Counseling Phases:
- Round 1
- Round 2
- Round 3 Mop-Up
- Remaining Vacant Seats Round (if seats remain vacant after Mop-Up)
Step 1: Registration & Document Verification
Complete registration process and submit all required documents for verification.
Step 2: First Round
- Option Entry
- Mock Allotment Results
- Chance for Candidates to Reshuffle Their Choices
- Locking of Choices
- First Round Allotment Results & Cutoff
- Reporting to the Allotted College
Step 3: Second Round
- Option Entry & Choice Filling (Only Reshuffling Allowed)
- Second Round Allotment & Cutoff
- Reporting to the Allotted College
Step 4: Mop-Up Round
- Mop-Up Registration Form Submission
- Document Verification
- Publication of Verified List
- Option Entry
- Result
Step 5: Remaining Vacant Seats Round
Additional rounds may be organized if seats remain vacant after the Mop-Up Round.
