This policy explains how St. Francis Hospital and College of Nursing handles personal information collected through this website. It applies to website enquiries and newsletter subscriptions; it does not replace any policy provided for students, staff or patients in another context.

Cloudflare Turnstile processes a security token and technical signals to help determine whether a submission is made by a person. Our hosting and security services may process technical information such as IP address, hostname, browser, device and request details in their logs.
How We Use Your Information
We use contact details and messages to respond to enquiries, provide information requested by you and protect the forms from abuse. We use newsletter email addresses to send requested updates until you unsubscribe. We do not process admissions through this website; admissions are handled through the applicable process described on the Admissions page. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Service Providers and Transfers
We use Cloudflare Workers, Cloudflare D1 and Cloudflare Turnstile to host the website, store form submissions and protect the forms from abuse. The website currently stores newsletter subscriptions but does not send newsletters itself. If a newsletter delivery provider is introduced, this policy will be updated before that service is used. Service providers may process information outside India under their own terms and safeguards.
Retention and Security
Contact submissions are retained for up to 12 months after the enquiry is resolved, unless a longer period is required for a legitimate legal or operational reason. Newsletter subscription data is retained while the institution maintains the subscription list or until you request deletion. To stop receiving future communications, contact us using the address below; a self-service unsubscribe link is not currently available because the website does not send newsletters itself. Security and hosting logs are retained according to the relevant provider's operational and security policies. We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Your Rights and Requests
Subject to applicable law, including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing, or request that newsletter communications stop. To make a request or raise a grievance, email sfhconajmer@gmail.com. We will verify requests as necessary and respond within the period required by applicable law. The institution will publish an additional Data Protection Officer or grievance contact here if one is required or designated.
